When I saw that the first lesson in the whole course was about power dynamics, I knew CINTIMA was the perfect IC training program for me. I couldn't be happier with it. The combination of self-paced lessons with open biweekly live group check-ins fit my busy schedule very well. I also think the modules are really well-designed to build one's understanding of the field little by little, and to very explicitly give guidance on "soft skills" that, although essential, one might take for granted, like communication skills.
